At a young age, Dua Ninawa is an expert musician of the Huni Kuin people.
He has trained since birth to be a musician with his father who is an expert in the traditional music of their people. His music is about happiness, bringing us to the present moment to enjoy the beauty of the Huni Kuin ancestral music and traditions.
He has a son in his village in the Amazon rainforest who is also receiving training to be a high quality musician. He belongs to an ancestral lineage of medicine musicians that carry the message of happiness and joy as a decision in life.
In this role, he leads concerts in the Amazon rainforest, Rio de Janeiro, all over Brazil, and in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, Peru
